Notes
- Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Julius Stern, William Evans and James Turle Kenward , carrying on business as Merchants and Importers, at 1 and 8 Carter-lane and 14 Old Change, both in the City of London, under the style or firm of Stern and Evans, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from 1st day of January, 1894. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Julius Stern and William Evans, who will continue to carry on business at the abovementioned premises under the same style or firm of Stern and Evans. Dated this 19th day of February 1894.
.7 - James was one of the executors for William Kenward Newberry Esq., deceased, formerly of Battle, Sussex, and late of Barnsbury-villas, now called No 310, Liverpool-road, Middlesex, gentleman, who died 8th December 1870 and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry on 23rd December by John Thomas Newberry and James Turle Kenward, the executors named in the will.

.6 - 24 Mar 1884 the Civil Service and General Store Limited was ordered to be wound up following the petition (25 Feb 1884) of James Turle Kenward and others.
